Reason for Remodel: Old dated bathroom
Overview of Project: New modern Design due to a younger couple moving into the house.
Details of Buildout: We removed all the existing bathroom furniture and built-in bath due to repositioning the layout to make a more central feature with the shower and also the bath in the bay window. Due to the bathroom being a large bathroom we also installed electric underfloor heating, to make the floor have a source of heating and also boost the temperature in the room in the winter season. We also installed a high end Aquabella Quiz bath and shower tray. This really brings the feature out due to a large format plain tile.
